The sea is paved with magic

Of irridescent lights

while skies are shot with silver

In clear cerulean heights

The rainbow’s range of pigments

Some spirit chose to use

to play a composition

of ever-changing hues

A melody in silence

unheard by listening ears

but is recorded in the heart

as the music of the spheres.

No force on earth can hold them back,

who has the will to rise,

No symbols of the zodiac

their set course jeopardise.

Who knows the path that they would tread

is halfway to their goal,

For green lights signal ‘go ahead’

to the most intrepid soul.

Divinity true is in desire;

Who feeds its thirsty flame,

Enkindles then a beacon fire

That guides them to their aim.
